BY HRMS stores users' images when utilizing the Clock In/Clock Out feature only when the application is open and the feature is used by the user. This functionality involves the use of the device's camera, which will be activated when the user presses the Clock In or Clock Out button on the main screen of the application.
The captured images are utilized solely for the purpose of facilitating the Clock In/Clock Out feature and are subject to the same privacy and security measures outlined in our main Privacy Policy. The data received and sent through this process is considered Personal Data and will be handled in accordance with the principles and guidelines established in the Privacy Policy.
Users have the ability to enable or disable access to this image collection feature at any time through their device settings, providing them with control over the usage of this specific data.
Usage Data
Usage Data is collected automatically when using the Service.
Usage Data may include information such as Your Device's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that You visit, the time and date of Your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.
